Throwback to client Jodie's progress!
Looking absolutely insane 🔥
This was 6 months of hard work and consistency in the making 👏🏻
Before working together, Jodie was struggling to gain weight and add muscle mass in particular and wasn’t sure what she was doing wrong.
Nutrition wasn’t in the best position and she would often snack as and when possible and not really hit a specific calorie target or macronutrient split.
We quickly identified this and rectified the issue by slowly increasing Jodie's calories and establishing a maintenance before we move into a gradual surplus.
We also slowly increased Jodie's training up to 5 times a week with specific goals with intent and purpose.
It was an absolute pleasure being able to achieve this ans set Jodie on the right track moving forward! 🤘🏻🚀
