What do you look for in a gym? 🤷‍♀️

For some people, it’s all about convenience — the closer to work or home, the better. Or maybe just a place to get a sweat on for an hour and get back to their busy lives.

For others, it’s something more unique — a safe space to just be yourself, a place to learn new skills without feeling embarrassed to fail, or a friendly group of people to call your fitness home.

We know we’re not for everyone… but the things we do offer? We think they’re invaluable. 💜

JANUARY MEMBER OF THE MONTH – Gemma Gray ✨

What a start to the year Gemma has had! A consistent face in the 6am class, she’s a true testament to prioritising health and fitness. Not just during the week but at the weekends too, Gemma has truly made fitness a part of her lifestyle.

She’s put in the work across all her skills and does it all with a smile on her face. Topped off with an upcoming appearance at our GymSync Hard Wins comp tonight, we have no doubt she’ll absolutely smash it.

Welcome to OMNI’s newest coach…
Stuart A.K.A our very own pocket-sized Jason Statham💥💪

Stu will be joining us here at OMNI on a part-time basis, bringing with him a casual 35 years in the fitness industry 👀
From mountain biking at junior & senior level, to competitive cycling, to discovering CrossFit 13+ years ago and never looking back — it’s safe to say, the man likes to suffer! 😌

Stu has been coaching off and on for over 10 years, delivering both 1:1 PT and group sessions, and loves nothing more than helping people realise they’re capable of FAR more than they think. Watching confidence, strength and resilience grow is what keeps him coming back — and we’re buzzing to have that energy in every class he coaches here at OMNI!

Some fun facts about Stu:
🏋️‍♀️ Favourite movements: Burpees + thrusters (low centre of gravity perks 😏)
🏋️‍♀️ Favourite workout: Murph — small limbs, big engine 🤷
🏋️‍♀️ He once ran a marathon distance on a 250m loop as a forfeit 🤢
🏋️‍♀️He also completed 1000 bike cals, 1000 wall balls & 1000 burpees… unpartitioned (absolute menace behaviour)

We’re extremely excited to have Stuart as part of the OMNI coaching team — his experience, grit and quietly savage work ethic will only make the place stronger 💪🏽

2026 is the year of YOU! 😌 To do that, our focus here at OMNI is to understand your individual needs and help you work towards your goals in the most effective way possible.

One of the ways we’re doing this is by introducing a Body Composition Machine, allowing our coaches to provide accurate insights into key metrics such as body fat percentage and muscle mass, giving you a clearer picture of where you’re at right now. 💪

Using this information, our Coaches can offer personalised 1-to-1 consultations, helping you tailor your training and nutrition to support your physical goals — whatever they may be.

This service will be available as a bolt-on to any of our membership packages, with a recommended 30-minute analysis and consultation every two weeks at £40 per month. (We’re also considering pay-per-consultation sessions depending on interest!) 😉

Celebrating the end of 2025 in style!💥

We had so much fun this morning wrapping up the year with our final class… nothing quite like a good workout with even better people to finish the year on a high!

We’ve had an incredible year, and with the OMNI rebrand fully underway, we genuinely can’t wait to see what 2026 brings. We’re so grateful for the amazing members who walk through our doors every day and make OMNI what it is. The culture here is everything — it’s what makes our gym so special. Thank you for another year of showing up for yourselves and supporting each other along the way 💜

TOMORROW: If you’re keen to kick off 2026 the right way, Coach Ash will be opening the gym tomorrow from 09:30–11:30. Everyone’s welcome so come get a sweat on or just pop in to check out the facilities and see if OMNI could be for you too.
