She’s not only made physical changes and shaped her body but her confidence in the gym has skyrocketed!! 😱🥳 She was so nervous around the weights and wasn’t pushing herself to her full potential but now... she comes to the gym all on her own and smashes PB’s!

One of my amazing clients progress in just 4.5 weeks!! 👏🏻✨

She has not only noticed physical changes and lost inches around her body but she has gained so much strength as well. Her numbers have been increasing almost every session and has increased her leg press by 70kg!! She has noticed changes in her flexibility over this time and hardly experiencing muscle cramping like she had done previous to our sessions.

Important movement to learn when training and making sure your technique is correct too!
⠀⠀⠀
It can be quite a tricky movement to learn and a lot of feed back I’ve got from my clients is that they feel stupid doing it... trust me.. you don’t. You’ll look more stupid performing it incorrectly and can seriously injure yourself!

Making sure you master that hip hing movement will make your squats and deadlifts 10x better and SAFE!
⠀⠀⠀
Tips:
As you can see from the video I’m controlling the movement and my hamstrings and glutes are under tension always. I’m getting the full range of motion with good form. My neck is neutral to my spine and I’m driving through my heels!

I’m gonna search for a before picture as my iPhone storage was low and did something to all my old pictures and now I can’t look at them for some reason.. so gonna try search for an old pic on my lap top buuut...

Really happy with the way my upper body is coming along. I’ve actually really enjoy training upper recently. I never used to because I have scoliosis (curved spine) and I always found it difficult to feel each side the same way. But over the years I’ve learnt and adapted. Had to do a lot of single arm movements etc to feel and work each side the same way and it’s paying off!
