The iron cross is possibly one of the most impressive and difficult to learn feats of bodyweight strength.
Just training for it requires you build iron shoulders, an amazing sense of balance and position and great core strength.
This is the closest we’ve seen anyone who isn’t a gymnast by trade get to full iron crosses, very impressive!

Enjoy Your Summer Socials Without Ruining Your Workouts and Diet

Check out each of this images, there are some simple tips to help you do what good coaches call “damage limitation”, having some bevvies and getting loose on the weekends is what a lot of us look forward to do we may as well make it slightly better for us!

Calorie Swapping
Remember that calories in calories out is what what we need to focus on for weight loss, so cut out some calories from your alcoholic beverages straight away by going with zero calorie mixers.

Dry Clear Wines
Clearer wines (and spirits actually) leave you less hungover and they’re tend to be less calorific and easier on the waistline.

Picking champagnes, prosseco, cava or dry white wines for your beverages helps lower your calories and lessen the post party headaches you usually get the day after.

No whilst drinking isn’t great for getting the most out of your body that you can in the gym, limiting some of the caloric damage is a really easy way to make sure you still get some results !

Rethink How You Warm Up
We were going to be doing some squatting and overhead work this session, so we got our guys and girls at B3 to hit some plate squats and seated presses, both are great for :
1️⃣Warming Up the body and greasing the joints.
2️⃣Activating our muscles and mobilising the tight areas like the front of the shoulders and the hips.
3️⃣Helps to develop strength and better posture.
Remember that warming up is training too, warm up right, train right, get the results you want .
