- Simple weight changing, simply undo the bolt, swap out your plates, and screw the bolt back in. No plastic clips to snap, nothing to bend.
- Can be used for offset training, up to 12.5/1.25kg offset!
- Unpainted, no paint to chip off or rubber to get dirty, easily disinfected/cleaned
