Sadly, the time has come to close up shop.
Since lockdown, our main business has picked up tremendously and we no longer have the time to continue with Mace Muscles.
We still have a good amount of stock (mainly weight plates) that need a new home!

We have priced the stock INCREDIBLY low as to give our customers one last chance to get the kit they need at the best possible prices!
If you’re thinking about getting some plates in for the home gym, now is the time!

To me, this is a special image 🙏 huge thank you to Nathan for capturing it whilst shooting footage for ❤️

It represents one hell of a year, for all of us 🤯🥵

started life to show our bodybuilding journey. We competed at and at the tail end of 2019 and this platform is where our journey was shown and our story started.

April 2020 then reared it’s ugly head, shut down gyms, closed down places of work and turned life as we know it upside down 😯🙃

It’s also when we had a bright spark moment to start manufacturing weight lifting equipment and get it out to as many people as possible who needed kit to not just stay on track physically but who mentally relied on the gym and training as their emotional crutch (as we did) 👊🏼

The months that followed were some of the most trying 🥵 certainly the most difficult in business we’d ever experienced due to so many reasons. But also very difficult personally as this became all consuming for what felt like an age 🤪 16-18 hour days as a team almost every day for months.

Grateful doesn’t even come close to express how we feel about each individual who’s supported ❤️🙏

But to be back this last weekend competing at , pumping up back stage lifting the same weights that helped get through the COVID experience is a beautiful full circle 🙏

Because things don’t always go to plan 🤯🤦🏼‍♂️

Imagine prepping for months, nailing every workout, owning the diet, practicing your posing, grooming the most beautiful ginger beard to then step on stage and FORGET YOUR ROUTINE 😅🤦🏼‍♂️

Like a kids nightmare right! Turning up at school with no pants on 😵

For whatever reason, part way through my routine I had a beauty of a BRAIN FART and my routine and any thought of ‘Luke just wing it, just move’ disappeared 🤯🤪 walked off stage feeling pretty damn sh*tty, still not remembering but being told I could redo after the other competitors 🙏 still, 20 seconds before going on again I had complete fog inside my head! Not till I stood in front of everyone and the music started did it click and I was back in flow 👊🏼😎🥈

First time for everything, and hopefully the last 🤣🤪

What I love about this sport is the support from your coach, other coaches, fed staff and most of all other competitors. You’ve all been on similar journeys to get to the ‘stage’ where you are and only want the best for each other. 👊🏼 Big shout to all those who didn’t make me feel like a t**t but who lifted me up and helped get my head together 🙏❤️

Remember, just cos things don’t go to plan, doesn’t mean you can’t succeed 🙏

Great to check in and see today at after a busy weekend!!

Plenty that goes into prepping for shows back to back 🤪 Couldn’t of done it without the knowledge and support on tap through the whole process 👊🏼

🥇 1st Men’s Physique Masters +35 Sunday
🥉 3rd Men’s Physique Open Class F Sunday

Both superb shows 🔥

Plenty learnt and plenty to implement moving forwards 👊🏼

Met some awesome guys in each show, and looking forward to meeting up and training with a few of these beasts in the near future... stay tuned!

Another memorable day 🙏

Great to of shared the stage with so many superb athletes and great guys. Comradery was on another level today 🔥

Came away with 1st Place in Masters over 35 and 3rd Place in Open Class F 🏆 Over the moon 🥳

So many experiences and learnt a huge amount from both shows this weekend 🙏

Great to be back 🥳
