We are super excited to announce that our Tynedale Women in Sport Lunch will take place again this year on October 26th at Tynedale RFC. The lunch is a great opportunity for like minded women from all sporting backgrounds to come together, socialise, network, enjoy some great food and drink and mostly to celebrate being women who love playing and being involved in sport!

Team tables are available and tickets are £23pp which includes a 2 course meal and entry into the Men’s First Team game that afternoon. The clubhouse bar will be open all day!

Join Tyne Vulcans for an Exciting Season Ahead!

With preseason training officially starting this coming Monday 8th July, we’re on the lookout for both new and experienced players to join our team. This season, we are thrilled to announce our collaboration with Tynedale RFC to create the Tyne Vulcans, competing in the Inner Warrior League.

Whether you’re seeking a change of environment, eager to return to rugby, or simply fancy giving it a go for the social and fitness benefits of the game, we need you! Come be a part of what promises to be an exciting adventure.

Strong rugby was showcased yesterday at the Falcons in the Women’s and Men’s Military v Cancer matches.

Tynedale RFC were represented on each of the women’s teams.

Charlotte Tweddle in the UK Armed Forces and Caitlin Simpson in North East England Select XV

Charlotte and Caitlin came through the Tynedale Youth Section where their love for the game was cemented.

They now travel the world playing rugby.

Charlotte is a regular with the Army team and this was her first cap with the UK Armed Forces. A proud day for her and her family.

Caitlin captained Northumbria Uni this season, recently returned from enjoying playing in Hong Kong, and has played 7’s in several tournaments this summer. She is looking to Premiership Women's Rugby next year.

The efforts of the coaches in Tynedale RFC Youth Section are producing some great young rugby players.

Last night we hosted our Ladies Touch Tournament & what a pleasure it was to welcome the teams to Tynedale. There was a great display of rugby with Novo’s Ladies taking the win for the second year running. Congratulations to all.

Thank you to Ashington RFC today for hosting their Womens Tipsy Touch Tournament at the Ashington Midnight 7’s
Tynedale RFC joined with Ashington RFC to form the Bewildered Barbarians who turned out to be Tournament Winners!!!
