I’m running Understanding the Methodology at Beyond Walls — open to members and non-members. We’ll cover the history of CrossFit, what General Physical Preparedness actually means, and how the methodology is built around it.

This methodology is the foundation of everything we offer at Beyond Walls — including our HYROX, Weightlifting and Gymnastics programmes.
