It’s not been easy deciding to start this go fund me but encouraged by so many amazing friends and clients …and if you don’t ask, and you don’t try and you don’t dream big you never get anywhere right?

At 43 there won’t be many more chances to compete alongside my own children at World Championship level so here goes ….

Bookings now open for Junior Obstacle Training ages 8-16 years , a new strength and sports fitness class for 10-15 year olds, and all adult strength and conditioning circuit sessions.

Spaces filing fast..come join the team and have some fun whilst getting stronger, and healthier.

Mud runs, fitness league, and Junior races to attend as a team too ☺️💪
