You’re not the same person you were 10, 15, or 30 years ago.
Life happened and for many reasons, exercise, health & fitness may have dropped down your priority list.

And that’s okay, the past is the past.

What truly matters is what you do from now on. That’s the only thing you can control.

Start slowly One step at a time.
Don’t jump straight back into the routine that worked 5–10 years ago when you felt your best.

🚶‍♀️ If you’re not walking daily, start with a 15-minute walk after lunch
🏋️‍♀️ If you’re not exercising, begin with just one session
🍳 Can you increase your protein with every meal?
💧 Can you drink only water between meals?

These are the fundamentals for your well-being and long-term health 🌱

How do you prepare for a good night’s sleep? 😴✨
It’s really a combination of a few things…

Firstly, the more you expose yourself to natural light/sunlight, the better you’re going to sleep. Ever noticed when you’re on holiday you sleep better? You’re usually more physically tired (in a good way) 💪

Picture yourself in a sunny location, moving your body, being outdoors, soaking up that vitamin D. By the evening, you naturally feel tired… and after dinner, sitting outside a little longer, you’re ready for the best night’s sleep

Studies show how daily sunlight affects sleep quality. So even if you’re not on holiday, try to get outside during the day, morning light is even better 🌅

This “light thing” also matters in the evening…
If you’re anything like me, it’s easy to get stuck on your phone 📱
Limiting screen time before bed helps you wind down and avoids blue light keeping you awake.

These are our main tips for a good night’s sleep 👇
✔️ Morning sunlight exposure 🌅
✔️ More natural light during the day (even sitting by a window) 🪟
✔️ Movement (any form of exercise or activity) 🏃‍♀️
✔️ Cut off caffeine at 12pm ☕️❌
✔️ Eat dinner 3–4 hours before bed 🍽️
✔️ Keep your room cool (16–18°C) ❄️
✔️ No blue light 1 hour before bed 📵

There’s so much more to it, but start by asking yourself: what could I improve? 🤔

It’s so easy to get distracted by everything going on around us 🌍

Over the last couple of days, I’ve had to constantly remind myself to focus on what I can control…

Business and life can feel uncertain, but by staying focused on ourselves, we can attract more positive outcomes

It’s a bit like fitness 💪
When things start to work, we just need to do more of the same to get even better results.

It’s all about the basics:
🥗 Improved meal quality
💧 Adequate hydration
😴 Improved sleep patterns
🏋️‍♀️ Mobility & strength training

All of this leads to better metabolism, mood, and energy ⚡Which allows us to keep showing up and doing more of what works.

But you need to start somewhere…
Most people think they need to do everything perfectly.
The truth is - life is never perfect.
That’s why starting with one small step leads to the next, and keeps you moving forward 👣

Often, when you work on just one area, other things begin to fall into place
It might look different for all of us and that’s okay 🤍
