Morning Everyone,

Just a quick update from us. Last night marked our final Rich & Raff’s session at Molecular Fitness. Unfortunately a 66% rise in costs meant it was no longer viable for us to stay, and been forced to leave so we have had to step away.

We are both gutted, especially on the kids who loved coming. however we will be on the lookout for new premises so we can hopefully bring Rich & Raff’s back in 2026!

Thank you for your support at every stage, it has meant a lot. Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
