NEW MAMMIES! One for YOU! Suitable to attend from birth and probably helpful up to a few months (plus) into motherhood…🤱💗
⭐️ How do you fancy a session to find out how to safely heal, recover and rebuild your body?
⭐️ We’ll cover some safe early elements of postnatal yoga - including pelvic floor, posture, abdominals and more. We might even do a little meditation if the babies are feeling relaxed.
⭐️ Plus we’ll have time for you to socialise with your babies - play mats out and baby toys.
⭐️ It all depends really as I let you lead the session to a degree, we recently spoke quite a bit about that early postnatal body, the bits no one tells you or really talk about! No two sessions have been exactly the same as it depends on the group of mammies.
⭐️PLUS you’ll receive a hot drink, treats and Childs Farm goodies for baby!
⭐️ This is aimed at parents and babies from birth through to the first few months (perhaps you intend on starting postnatal or baby yoga but it’s too early or perhaps not but you’d still like the information that would benefit you in these areas or to venture out with your baby) although if your baby is a little older but you’ve not yet looked into exercise/recovery or would still like to attend you are welcome too!
