6 Week Transformation 🤍✨

If you want to achieve anything you need to dedicate yourself to that goal, this group of ladies done that👏🏼🤩
Our main focus for the full 6 weeks was to be more aware of what calories in vs calories out was all about.
How to fuel your body, doing this the fun way and realising it doesn’t have to be all bland foods and boring, or cutting out things that we all enjoy doing.
This group of ladies completed the tasks that i set out, supported each other, enjoyed social life along side of this (alcohol & eating out included) & most importantly enjoyed ‘exercise’ as a lifestyle change not just a quick fix!
