Three years have passed, yet on these mats
Your spirit still remains.
In every grip, in every roll,
We feel your strength again.
You loved the art of BJJ,
It's lessons deep and true—
To stay composed through every storm,
To rise and start anew.
And by your side, your huskies ran,
With loyalty and grace,
Leaving paw prints on the paths
That time cannot erase.
Though your journey ended far too soon,
Your memory carries on
In every friend you've touched,
In every student strong.
Today we pause to honour you,
A teammate, friend, and guide.
