We’re staying up!
Following a club’s withdrawal from the FAW Tier 2 pyramid, a structural change has resulted in a reprieve for us in Tier 3. Subsequently, we are thrilled to confirm that we will officially be competing in Tier 3 of the Lock Stock Ardal North West League for the 2026/27 season.

As the season ends, it’s time to find out who won the bragging rights in the CQ Town FC Fantasy Football League and who sucked like Everton FC!!! Kieron Davie becomes the new champion, beating Josh Willis, ‘AI’ Harte with myself and Sam Clarke bagging the other champion league spots. A big congratulations to Kieron going that one step further than his beloved Wrexham FC 👏
Whilst at the other end of the table, Lew Clarke really needed the inspiration of David Moyes to try and get a mid table finish for a poor team, but failed miserably and finished bottom meaning no European football (a bit like Everton) whilst Ollie Bennett did his best to copy Arne Slot and some might say did a better job finishing 2nd from last. Cody Froggatt who shot some great pics during the season, shot blanks in Fantasy Football coming 3rd from bottom.

It wasn’t to be for the U19’s as they fell to a 3-0 defeat to Mold Alex in the U19’s NEWFA Cup Final. The lads tried to get back in to the game with an impressive 2nd half display but Mold were more clinical in front of goal.
