☀️🔥 IT'S OFFICIALLY TOO HOT... OR IS IT? 🥋❄️

Apparently it's 30°C+, the country is melting, every other Facebook post is a heat warning, grassroots sports are being cancelled, leisure centres are panicking, and half the UK has transformed into a collection of dramatic wilting flowers... 🌷😩

Meanwhile at Cobra Life...

🥋 Classes are running as normal.

Not because we're superheroes.

Not because we're "well hard".

Not because we've developed some ancient martial arts technique for surviving the apocalypse...

❄️ But because the air con is cranked up so high you might actually need a jumper! 😂

Whilst everyone else is posting: 🥵 "It's too hot to move." 🥵 "It's too hot to exercise." 🥵 "It's too hot to think."

We'll be inside enjoying: ✅ Arctic temperatures
✅ Ice-cold training conditions
✅ Martial arts as normal
✅ The smug satisfaction of not sticking to every available surface

So if you're currently lying spread-eagled in front of a fan questioning your life choices, come and join us instead.

One. Don't fix it in the moment. Their brain's offline. Let the wave pass.

Two. Get low. Same eye level, hands in your lap, voice softer than theirs.

Three. Name it. "You're really frustrated right now." Don't argue with it.

The fix happens after the storm, not during.

We use the same approach on the mat. It works.
