What a fantastic assembly today at Sandycroft CP School with Deputy Head Mr Roberts! 🥋👏

We absolutely loved the enthusiasm from the children and teachers. It’s amazing to see how much energy, positivity and excitement they brought to the session.

As a Taekwondo Academy, we’re incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work with so many schools and to share the benefits of Taekwondo with their pupils.

Thank you for having us today — I genuinely loved every minute of it! ❤️

Great teachers. Great children. Great enthusiasm.

To every coach who has ever questioned whether they are doing enough…

And to every parent who needs reminding:

Believe in your child.

There will be difficult days.
There will be setbacks.
There will be times when they struggle, get frustrated, lose confidence or want to give up.

But that's often when they need you to believe in them the most.

Don't give up on your child because they're finding something difficult.
Don't let one bad day define what they're capable of.

Sometimes they don't need someone to make the journey easier.

They need someone to say:

“I believe in you. Keep going.”

That's what coaching is about too.

For 40 years, I've watched children walk through the door lacking confidence, doubting themselves and believing they couldn't do something…

And I've watched them grow.

I've seen tears turn into smiles.
Fear turn into courage.
Doubt turn into belief.
And hard work turn into achievement.

Have I got everything right over those 40 years?

Of course not.

Have I pleased everyone?

Absolutely not.

But I've cared.

I've kept learning.
I've kept pushing.
I've kept showing up.
I've kept believing in the young people I've had the privilege to coach.

And after 40 years, I think I must be doing something right. 👍

Because the greatest reward isn't simply running a successful business.

It's seeing the people you've coached become stronger, more confident and proud of what they can achieve.

So parents…

Believe in your children.

And coaches…

Keep believing in your students.

Sometimes, when they can't believe in themselves,
they need you to believe for them.

And you never know just how much that belief might change their life. ❤️
