This year has been a bit of a roller coaster, a mix of highs and some extreme lows.

Iโ€™ve been on a steady road of recovery. Protecting my time and energy, saying no to anything that would add unnecessary extra stress. The past 6 months have been all about recovery, getting out of pain, and feeling good again.

Putting your health first is important at anytime, even more so when youโ€™re trying to overcome injury.

People often underestimate how much injuries can affect mental health. Finding the right support for my rehab has been key โ€” thank you โ˜บ๏ธ

And a huge thank you to my love who has been there for me every single day. Picking me up at my lowest points and believing that things would get better with time when I had little faith.

Feeling the best Iโ€™ve felt in months, ready for some more progress in 2026 ๐Ÿฅณ
