Move With Mummy I am Kelly Morley, 37 years old and a self-confessed fitness fanatic. I ran these classes outdoors at local venues and they soon proved a success.

Since I was a child the only thing that I was passionate about what exercising, doing various sports and being outside. I am a qualified Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, Group Exercise Instructor and specialise in Pre and Post-Natal exercise based in Congleton, Cheshire, England. t well and be active since I can remember. I made the decision to go self-employed in October 2014, after working in the golf and fitness industry for over 20 years being employed by private health clubs. Since going self-employed I have never looked back and now I am progressing my knowledge to creating this blog and online fitness and nutrition venture! For the past 3 years I have been working locally providing home personal training for clients who for many reasons don’t want to go to a gym. I didn’t want to go back in to the gym environment as wanted to help those people who didn’t feel confident walking in to a gym or for those who struggled to get to the gym because they had children or other commitments. When I first started out, my sister had just had her first child and I quickly realised that there was a gap in the market for exercise classes where you could bring your baby along with you. So I created a local Pram Fit class, so that my sister could get back in to shape after the birth of her child. Not only did I run these classes, I was also targeting new mums to do personal training, individually or as a group, to get their figures back and make them feel good again. I offered this through, guiding them on their nutrition and exercise and seeing them once per week for a personal training session along with my expert advice giving then hints and tips and encouragement throughout the weeks.

3 years on and now I am pregnant! I have set this blog and new business up as I want to share my experience with you! I was always in 2 minds whether I would have children or not, with one thing or another, but the day has come! I do have to be honest, that in the back of my mind for years were fears of losing my figure, nightmares on getting fat and not being able to get my body back! So I have been documenting my journey for you. It is not an easy ride if you are an active person and someone who always takes pride in their figure as you work hard everyday to keep in shape and this struggle continues as you have lots of things in your head to battle with along the way. I am hoping my blog can help people like me get through it and be as healthy as possible during and after pregnancy. What This Blog Is About:
