We’re absolutely delighted to see just how popular our Sunrise Pilates sessions in Congleton Park have become💛

It’s been wonderful to see so many of you starting your day with us in such a beautiful setting.

To support the Sandbach Sharks swimming club during the refurbishment of their usual base at Sandbach Boys School, we will be reducing public lane availability for the foreseeable future.

Tuesdays
20:00–22:00 — 4 lanes available

Fridays
19:00–20:00 — 5 lanes available
20:00–22:00 — 4 lanes available

Thank you for your understanding while we help accommodate a local club during their temporary relocation. We’ll keep you updated with any changes.

Last year, 83-year-old Terry Robinson took home our Lifetime Achievement Award, having run 117 marathons since 1981, cycled from Land’s End to John O’Groats, and completed marathons across the globe.
