Getting to know our new signing Rob Stevenson ⚽️

The forward will need no introduction to many in the local area given his prolific record in the non-league scene.

The former Stoke City youth player was most notably at Leek Town from 2016-2024, where he established himself as one of the most influential attacking players at step four. He made over 300 appearances for Leek, scoring over 100 goals across eight seasons.

He was most recently at Hednesford Town, where he had a long-term spell on the sidelines due to the effects of a head injury in November 2024.

He’s back and raring to go for a club he has a local connection to through working at one of the town’s high schools.

🏆 Won the Northern Premier League West with Leek Town in 2023/24

⚽️ NPL West golden boot and the League and Fans’ Player of the Season for the 2023/24 season

Looking to continue your football journey? We are delighted to offer an opportunity to join our youth football programme. ⚽🔥

With a proven pathway from our Juniors into the Senior set up, this programme is designed for players currently in Year 11 and 12 (next seasons U17/U18 level) who are passionate about developing their game. Our aim is to provide a structured pathway to help you progress your football, with the potential to one day represent Congleton Town F.C. at senior or reserve team level.

If you’re committed, motivated, and ready to take the next step, we’d love to hear from you.
Open training sessions will be held on;
