15th December winter camp 6pm-8pm Sambo/ Wrestling
16th December Saturday NO JUNIORS CLASSES. 11AM Judo seniors/ 12pm-4pm Winter training camp Sambo/ wrestling.
17th December Training Camp 10:30am-1pm.
18th December Juniors Wrestling 6pm.
19th December Juniors Sambo 6pm
20th December Judo Juniors and Seniors 6pm
23rd December Juniors Judo 9:15am-10am
10am - 11am. Seniors Judo 11am- 12pm.
24th December Sambo 10:30am.
25th December- CLOSED
26th December- CLOSED
27th December- Judo Juniors and Seniors 6pm.
30th December Juniors Judo 9:15am- 11am/ adults Judo 11am-12pm.
31st December Sambo 10:30am
1st January CLOSED

Dear parents and students due a other events and training sessions on Saturday 9th December we go na run both juniors sessions together at 10am. No session for 5 to 7 years old 9:15am but they can join the oldest juniors at 10am. Only this Saturday.

Good evening everyone. Is this time off the year when most of Cheshire Sambo athletes are on a training camp abroad and our timetable will be changed from 25th October to 6th November as follows:
26th October Thursday Sambo juniors and seniors 6:30pm - 7:30pm.
28th October Saturday Judo normal time all sessions.
29th October Sunday Sambo 10:30am Juniors over 12 and seniors session.
Saturday 4th November Judo all sessions as normal.
Sunday 5th November Sambo 10:30am Juniors 12 and over and seniors.
Then from 7th November timetable will be back to normal.

Dear parents and students sorry but we can't run the judo sessions this Saturday as we are attending the British open Sambo championship. Everyone wants to training extra this week is Judo Wednesday 6pm juniors and seniors and sambo Sunday 10:30am Juniors over 12 and seniors.

We found a visitor at the dojo after training last night.

We asked them if they wanted to try some SAMBO and they said yes.

So we did some work on the resistance bands We went through some holds and throws.
At the end of the lesson we had a competition and they won a gold medal (as you can see Finn wasn't happy about coming last).

Our visitor has decided to wait at the dojo until there friend comes to meet them.

So if anyone knows our visitor, they are safe. We're open Saturday morning at 09:15, but if you really miss your friend contact the dojo and we'll arrange for collection before then.

CHESHIRE SAMBO SUMMER HOLIDAY TRAINING DAYS:

Dear students and parents,

We are open as normal until Sunday 6th August.

From 7th - 29th August, we are open:

-every Thursday 6:30pm to 7:30pm for juniors and seniors sambo.
- Saturdays as normal, and
- Sundays 10:30am for sambo seniors and juniors over 12 years old.

August is understandably a quiet period due to summer holidays, but we'll still try to provide enough sessions so you can still train if you're not away 👊💪

Dont panic if you can't make it that Saturday as there will be chance grade small numbers during normal lessons.

Part of our Team and coaches are away for training camp abroad from 8th till 20th May. So timetable for that period are Thursdays 6:30pm-8pm Sambo Juniors and Seniors and Saturdays 9:15am Judo 5-7 years old. 10am Judo 8-15 years old and 11am Adults Judo.
