Meet Carl 💪

Just over a year ago, Carl came to me unsure of what to do in the gym. He lacked confidence, had no real structure, and wasn’t seeing the results he wanted.

Over the last 12 months, we’ve focused on building solid routines, improving strength, creating better nutritional habits, and developing the confidence needed to push himself both inside and outside the gym.
