As we mentioned in the last post, a record number of juniors signed up between winter and spring this year - and the playing, coaching and competitions have been great…

With a few members competitions and tournaments coming up and with a larger number of junior members signing up from before - now is a good time to join the club and take part.

Whilst we do host visitor events and open days, being a member is a great way to get involved as much or as little with the club as you wish.

The course is stunning, and challenging to play, and with various membership levels available, now is a great time to take advantage and get playing.

Open to junior members and visitors alike - Comrie Golf club would love to see our upcoming superstars on the 6th August for a 9 Hole Stableford.

Entrance is £10 for visitors or £5 if a member.

Memberships applications can also be taken on the above details.

Whether you live locally or further afield, applications for membership are always welcome.

Competitions and rollups are held throughout the year for all members, and along with popular golf / social events during the summer months.

Whether you are a beginner, mid handicapper or scratch golfer, there will be something at Comrie for you, and with a regular golfing groups for both men and ladies, finding friendly playing partners is easy. Away from Comrie, members can also benefit from reciprocal arrangements with most other clubs in Perthshire, and via the "Association of James Braid Courses".

Get in touch with the Club manager via the email address, or better yet - bring your clubs and shoes and pop in for a round whilst signing up!

Our caterers, Bill and Lilias McGuigan, provide delicious food daily from April until October for golfers and non golfing visitors to Comrie, including soups, snacks and burgers to pastas, focaccia and salads, all under the banner of Bistro at Comrie.

So whether it has been a great round (or not so great) or if you are visiting, pop in and grab a bite to eat and a coffee at our gorgeous clubhouse whilst planning your comeback round!

We are holding our Annual Texas Scramble on Sunday 23rd August - and we would love to see you there.

Groups of four heading out for 18 holes of our amazing course, with fantastic catering in our gorgeous clubhouse.
