Comberton Netball Club

Comberton Netball Club Comberton Netball Club is a successful, friendly club for netballers of all standards and all ages. We encourage members to take coaching qualifications.

We meet and train at Comberton Specialist Sports College (part of Comberton Village College) West Street, Comberton, CB3 7DU, every Thursday evening. We train in the indoor sports hall and also on the outdoor courts when necessary. Currently one of the most successful club in Cambridgeshire - our first team play in the second division of the East Regional Clubs League. We have a number of very ex

perienced coaches with Levels 3, 2 and 1 qualifications and between us, have over 80 years of coaching experience. The Club has a number of qualified umpires, from B award to Beginners and we actively encourage members to take umpiring courses and tests.

Couldn't be more proud of our junior players in their 2023-24 season. For the second year running our U16's, U14's and U12's won every division we entered and came away unbeaten in the JDG league! And today in the pouring rain we had successes in our annual end of season tournament. U16'S winners, U14 runners up and U12A and U12B winners of their divisions. What a fantastic year! Awesome, every last one of our players🙌

Another brilliant season from our juniors! All 5 teams, U12, U14 and U16 won their respective divisions in the JDG league. All teams unbeaten the whole season. What a fantastic year! U14A team scored 386 goals in 6 games, that's an average of 64 per game! Awesome! 🙌

Celebration night of medal and trophy presentations to every junior team in the club! U16A and U16B won their division, U14A and U14B were runners up in their divisions and U12 won their division. Unfortunately not all players were available for their photo op, but here's some that were! Fantastic season for juniors 👏👏👏👏👏

A lovely day for netball today, our U16's and U14's played their summer league games and both had brilliant games. U14's won convincingly at 24-12 against Swan and U16's had a fantastic game and won 63-9 against MI7. Well done everyone!
