Weight loss meds.

There is a lot of noise around weight loss jabs and how they’re helping people with various health issues which is fantastic.

What we don’t know is the impact on muscle mass and bone density due to their not being enough tests and a longtime timeframe of people using these.

As a personal trainer I’m not against these jabs and you’ll hear no judgement from me.

If you’re a female taking one of these jabs, have you read the information on what you should do? You’ll find that they all tell you to weight train to protect your bone density and muscle mass.

Are you and your friends losing weight but aren’t weight training?

I’m taking on 121 and groups of friends to train you to protect your body.

This means you’ll be able to train on your own by following an online training program with me (optional) at a gym or at home.

If you use my app,

You’ll have weekly check-ins

A free session if you want to come back for a gym session. This is available once a month.

Everyone wants to know which foods are “best.”

But nutrition doesn’t work like a ranking system.

The goal isn’t finding the “best” food.

It’s choosing the food that works best for what you need.

Quick energy before training?
Something easy to grab on the go?
Looking for lower carbs?
Trying to get more vitamin C or potassium?

Same food category. Different job.

That’s the part people miss when they chase “superfoods.”

Healthy eating is less about finding perfect foods—and more about choosing foods that fit your real life.

Because the best diet is the one you can actually stick with.

If you’re a coach, this is a helpful reminder for clients stuck in all-or-nothing thinking.

If you’re working on your own nutrition, it’s a good reminder that “better” is usually contextual.

For someone who’s a physio to acknowledge this and comment on my clients body and the work she’s put in gives me so much happiness.

This client is in her 50s and gives her sessions 💯 every time. Age is only a number.

Motivation habits and showing up every time is hard and I work with my clients to help with all 3.

I have posted this with my clients permission.

This is 6 weeks progress.

My client has stage 4 endometriosis. She had tried everything to help with her condition, including surgery, the weight was not shifting even though she knows what food to stay away from and what works for her body.

We have worked very closely with designing these workouts to make sure we don’t add an extra stress to her body.

I couldn’t be more proud of her and the progress she is making.

We keep it fun, we laugh through her sessions and the looks she gives me when I increase the weight or reps she’s doing.

What’s changed?

How she holds herself.
Her confidence.
Her motivation.
Building habits.
Weight.
Measurements.
Her eyes are shining and happy.
How her body is responding to her training.

I’m so happy to be part of her journey and I’m excited for the changes she’s making. We have a fantastic client coach relationship.

Get yourself out for a walk. Ignore the step count and enjoy what’s around you.

I ditched my Apple Watch last year and I’ve enjoyed my workouts and walks instead of being caught up in numbers, Frequency and what rings have been closed.
