Kids need martial arts!

Everyone should try a martial art to learn what they are capable of and develop control of body and mind.

Martial arts provide benefits through:

Structure
A clear path that expands with a student's development and rewards physical and mental dedication.

Challenge
Continually learning new moves, sequences, terminology, working with different people, sparring, and general fitness.

Fighting
Understanding that fighting should be a last resort whilst providing an outlet for the energy that might lead a person into altercations.

If you want to be part of an engaging activity that does more than improve physical fitness, join us at the Axe Valley Dojo.

Classes are on Tuesday and Sunday. Email [email protected]

Axe Valley Dojo's Lead Instructor is Jack Morley, 4th dan in Seido Karate.

I established the Axe Valley Dojo to bring Seido Karate to the local community. I have benefitted greatly from my training, and I want to share it with anyone interested in learning a traditional form of karate that focuses on personal development through physical training.

Karate inspired me to learn more about movement. First, I became a personal trainer, earned an MSc in Physical Activity and Nutrition, and became a sports massage therapist.

As a Level 5 Sports Massage & Soft Tissue therapist, I can help keep you moving in the ways that are important to you. Whether you have aches from your job, want support to thrive in your hobby, or need to ease the tension of caring for grandchildren! Anyone can benefit from a good massage. Book your session now!

Discounts are available for NHS staff.
