Today's swim, Sunday 20 September, will be 4pm. And the conditions will be perfect! We are a very small chatty group of supportive swimmers. Not much time left if you want to dip in water with retained summer warmth!

For all you swim needy out there today's swim is 4pm! Thursday 17 September. Meet at noticeboard. This is the only swim group in Rhos. Small, very friendly, supportive, slightly unhinged!
But don't forget that Bae Colwyn has three groups: Blue T**s, Blue Bits, and Wild Water Babes

12.30pm swim today. This is our huge group of swimmers from yesterday! Two bobbled and two swam out to the green flag and across. 25 minutes. The water was full of summer warmth, it will hold heat for a week or so before gradually dissipating.

Many members just swim in a costume but some like the bodywarmers!

Today (Monday 14 September) swim time is 12.30pm. Sunday's swim was utterly glorious. Two swam out to the green posts and three bobbled closer to the shore. And the water felt so warm!
There is even talk of trying to do these swims into winter! I have bought heated gloves for afterwards!

No swim today because the forecast is dreadful. But tomorrow! Sunday 13 September the swim will be 1pm! Remember that the sea still holds summer warmth! And will do for a week or so. Get in the briney exercise and meditation mood and come join us. Either bobble, dance, or swim . . But do it (you know you want to, I mean, you're still reading . . )

Good morning to all you swim,or swim curious folks. Today's swim is 12.30. We are a small group of Rhos swimmers* Designed for those who love to be in the sea. Some just bobble in the shallows and exercise, some swim out and across between the green posts. Usually a 20 minute session But you will not be alone, and you will be welcome. We meet by the Noticeboard on Rhos Promenade.
Some of us wear half wet suits and others protective suits. Others wear floats, hats and gloves. Some brave souls turn up in ordinary swimming costumes. I have spare gloves which really help keep you warm.
*Sometimes only a couple people, usually just four, on one giddy day we had seven!

Sunday 6 afternoon forecast sun! Sea swim 6pm! Experience the glitter path of the sun reflected on the water! Everyone gets one! Free!. Limbs bathed in mineral salts! Free! Great conversations! Free! A body flushed with smugness! Free!
