4 weeks of showing up consistently, trusting the process and putting in the work 🙂↕️👇🏽
In just 4 weeks, my client has tightened up her physique, built strength and gained so much more confidence in herself and what her body is capable of, but what I’m most proud of is that she’s found a routine that genuinely works around her life, all whilst being a new Mum
My client hasn’t had endless hours to train or a perfect schedule, she’s had real life to navigate, just like so many women do, instead of waiting for the “right time” she committed to the plan, stayed consistent and focused on the things she could control ✔️
This is exactly why i say that you don’t need to be extreme to get results, when you execute the plan provided, trust the guidance and keep showing up even when life is busy, amazing progress can happen in a relatively short period of time
4 weeks may not seem like a long time, but look at what can be achieved through consistency, support and a plan that’s tailored to you
