Pound with Tina Channel your inner rockstar with this full body cardio-jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums.

Any age, any fitness level. covid19 social distance rules will be followed. Face Mask to be worn on arrive and removed at your station. Hand sanatizer will be available to use. Sign in required. Pens will be available and sanatized. Yoga mats and Ripstixs will be provided and all sanatized ready for you. You may bring your own if you wish to do so. On leaving your class please replace your face mask.

Pound with Tina. Charity event for Carers Trust North Wales Crossroads Care Services dementia centre based in Mochdre. This a non for profit Charity. I will be doing a Pound Rockout Workout and hoping you'll join in and take part. All money raised will go straight to this amazing local Charity. Raffle prizes great fully received.
