Allowing athletes to create their own supported bespoke pathway with freedom to express through sport, education and life, pre, during and post their competitive years. These 3 boys started their rugby journey with us at just 3 & 4 years old in our Pobl Bach programme.

Back then it wasn’t about winning games or learning set plays. It was about:
âś… Making friends
âś… Building confidence
âś… Developing hand-eye coordination
âś… Learning fundamental movement skills
âś… Falling in love with being active

Fast forward a few years, and they’re now playing together in their Under 7s club team and still loving every minute of rugby.

Moments like this remind us why we do what we do. The goal has always been bigger than rugby—helping children develop skills, confidence, and a lifelong love of sport.

We’re incredibly proud of these boys and can’t wait to see where their rugby journey takes them next. 💙
