Behind every player is a journey — and behind that journey are the schools and clubs that helped shape them.
As we celebrate our RGC East U16 players, we want to take a moment to recognise and thank every school, rugby club, coach, teacher, volunteer and mentor who has played a part in their development.
Your contribution goes far beyond rugby.
You have helped these young players develop their skills, confidence, discipline, resilience, teamwork and character — not only as rugby players, but as young men.
Every training session, every game, every word of encouragement, every lesson learned and every challenge overcome has helped bring them to where they are today.
The young men who now proudly wear the RGC jersey carry with them the influence of everyone who has supported them along the way.
