One of the biggest mistakes I see women make is...
Thinking you only need help until you drop the weight you want.
Telling yourself the diet is the hard part.
Then once you’ve reached the goal you’ve got everything locked down.
But 99% of the time that isn’t the case.
I’ve worked with hundreds of women who have achieved incredible fat loss.
Women who have lost several stone.
Women who have completely transformed their bodies.
And do you know what many of them realised?
They hadn’t even scratched the surface yet.
I’ve had so many clients return due to releasing this once that accountability goes.
Losing weight doesn’t automatically teach you how to manage stress.
It doesn’t teach you how to stop self-sabotaging.
It doesn’t teach you how to navigate holidays, weekends, emotional eating, relationship struggles, confidence issues or periods where motivation disappears.
Those are the things that determine whether you keep the results.
And that’s why I think so many people see coaching purely as a fat-loss solution.
They see support as something they need to get the weight off.
Not something that helps them become the person who can keep it off.
The physique changes are often the most visible result.
But they’re rarely the most important one.
The biggest transformations I’ve seen haven’t been on the scales.
They’ve been in the women who no longer panic after a bad weekend.
Who stops starting over every Monday.
Who trust themselves around food.
Who can adapt when life gets messy instead of throwing the towel in.
That’s the stuff that lasts.
Because maintaining your progress isn’t about following a stict plan forever.
It’s about building the skills, habits and mindset that allow you to keep showing up long after the excitement of fat loss has worn off.
A lot of women think they need help losing weight.
What they actually need is help becoming the version of themselves who stops going back.
