The competition is to commemorate the anniversary of Armistice and the lives of those lost in WW1.

Whether you want to try out our classes from functional fitness to circuits, high intensity to teams classes. Or just use our gym floor for open gym stacked with premium equipment, our gym has everything you need for a free fitness session.

Couldn’t be happier with the progress they’ve made since joining and the continued progress they’re making!

Many more members continue to make progress and I’m looking forward to more uploads of other members as they consistently train and put the hard work in!

These members aren’t eating chicken and rice 5 times a day and only drinking water!
They enjoy the finer things in life just like anyone else!

But the work ethic in the gym allows them to make progress while still going about a normal busy day!
