Abbie's last PT Session today before baby arrives very soon! Abbie has trained before and right throughout the 9 months of pregnancy! It's fantastic to see a Mum-to-Be who works full-time, and also an On Cloud Ambassador turning up every week, so that she is fit, strong, agile & mobile ready for the baby, as well as for post-pregnancy. Vegan Meals

If you are vegan it is important to get your protein intake through tofu/soy, legumes, beans, pulses, buckwheat, quinoa, oats, brown rice, nuts & seeds, as well as some vegetables, such as broccoli πŸ₯¦

Adults need around 0.75g of protein per kilo of bodyweight. Protein plays an important role in helping the body grow and repair cells. The body does not naturally produce protein, so the source has to come from food.

I'm a meat eater, but every now & then I cook myself a vegan meal just to vary my diet. Tonight's dinner was stir fried tofu & aubergineπŸ† with black bean sauce and bok choi on the side. And of course, you can't complete a Chinese dish without some fluffy white rice!🍚

This took me 10mins to prep using M&S tofu and Lee K*m Kee's Black Bean sauce (any supermarket will stock this). Cooking time 30mins. There's plenty of online recipes you can follow to make this dish. Better than waiting for a takeaway!πŸ₯‘

Well done to my client, Sally, for completing the Royal Parks Half Marathon in memory of her Dad (Sally raised over £5000 for her chosen charity, St Catherine's Hospice, Preston 🌟)

Sally has been personal training at the Chi studio for the last 2yrs building on her strength & core. Alongside the running program she was following, she continued to train consistently, which helped provide a strong base for her fitness. Sally successfully progressed from couch to 5K, then onto completing a half marathon! Amazing fitness journey & incredible achievement! πŸ‹πŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸ‘
