What you’ve been told, is a lie! Look👇🏻

You’ll look back, and think 1 of 2 things..

One day you’ll sit there and replay this exact moment.

And it’s only going to go two ways.

Option 1: You look back and remember this was the day you finally stopped screwing around.

The day you stopped waiting for Monday, for motivation, for life to get “quieter”

You committed.

You showed up when you were tired, stressed, and full of excuses.

-You dragged yourself to the gym when your brain begged you not to.
-You tracked the food when you wanted to say screw it. -You chose the hard thing every single day. And now?

You’re lighter. Not just on the scale. Your head is clearer. Your clothes fit better.

You walk into a room and you’re not sucking in your gut or praying no one takes a photo.

You’ve got energy. You’ve got confidence. You respect the person in the mirror again.

That’s Option 1.

Option 2: You look back and feel that punch in the stomach.

Because you remember this post.

You remember reading these words and thinking “yeah, I should start”... and then you didn’t.

I can’t believe I’m saying this out loud, but…

I was scared!

-And I bet you are too.

I was scared that I’d fail, that I couldn’t do it, and what if I let myself down?

And here’s the important part, these worries are completely natural.

The questions I should of asked myself;

“What if I succeed?” - imagine that feeling.
“What physique could I achieve?” - can’t be any worse.
“What if I give it 110%?” - I’d finally be proud of myself.

Regardless I was still scared.

But I was more scared of staying the same, lacking confidence, and having the mindset of giving up take over.

It’s natural to focus on what can go wrong, instead of what’s actually possible.

So my focus wasn’t physical, I knew that would change.

It wasn’t even on the nutrition, I knew what I had to do.

It was my mindset, the ability to stay consistent, accountable, and give it everything I’ve got.

I knew if I could control that, everything else will follow.

No excuses, no hurdle too big, NO QUITTING!

Even on the days I didn’t want to. And believe me I had those days.

Just like you.

Even as a coach I needed help, and my “pride” is what held me back for over 8 months not asking for help.

You see asking isn’t a failure, it’s what will actually set you apart from all those that won’t.

And those are the individuals that WILL stay stuck, stay unhappy, and live on the hope that one day “something will change”
