Info For All … 🤓
Just more reinforcement as to why food quality is hands down how we should structure our calories.
Macros and micros matter and the quality will be determined by that of our food quality.
STOP listening to the “eat what you want” crew that target the lazy in you that throw out that shiny “to good to be true” sales pitch that catches so many out !
Eat Well !!!
I never ever ever promote cheat meals (my clients will at some point do it themselves, that’s human nature)
I promote re feeds in the form of “More nutritional Food”
Should that be extra potato or un measured rice on a weekly meal a extra few grams on your steak or adding more fruit to a meal 🤷🏻♂️
Yes these food will tip you over your calories (that’s the point of a refeed) BUT they won’t cause
- mad binges
- guilt
- stomach issues
- digestion problems for the next week
It will help recovery and only benefit you long term.
Refeeds are not rewards they are a super way to aid in fat loss consistency and using they wisely is key to long term success 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
