Over the last while I’ve been thinking a lot about how easy it is to drift.

Too much thinking.
Too much screen time.
Too much waiting for motivation, clarity, energy, or the “right time.”

So for June, I’m running a simple 28-day group focused on showing up again.

Nothing extreme.
No perfection required.

Just daily practices around:

* movement,
* light,
* breath,
* sleep,
* awareness,
* and getting back into rhythm.

The aim is not to become a different person in 28 days.

The aim is to reconnect with the person underneath the noise.

Tomorrow morning at 10am we will be hosting a charity workout at The Apeiron Project to raise funds for a maternity hospital in Ukraine, we have a direct link to that hospital through one of our Ukrainian members.

If you would like to come along please do, we may be training outdoors so bear that in mind.
