π THE CHRISTMAS SURVIVAL GUIDE π
Weβre officially in the "feast zone," and I want you to enjoy every second of it! But "enjoying yourself" doesn't have to mean feeling sluggish and starting from zero in January. π
Here are my 5 non-negotiable tips to help you navigate the holidays like a pro:
πΆββοΈ 1. The 10-Minute "Movement Snack" Donβt stress about the gym. Just aim for a 10-minute walk after your main meals. Itβs easier on the joints, clears the head, and helps your body process those extra calories!
π 2. Protein & Veggies First Eat your plate in order! Fill up on turkey and greens before the heavy sides. Youβll feel satisfied much faster and won't feel the need to over-indulge on the treats.
π³ 3. Don't "Save Room" Skipping breakfast to "prepare" for dinner is a trap! πͺ€ It leads to a hunger-fueled binge later. Eat a high-protein breakfast to stay in the driver's seat.
π§ 4. The "Water Sandwich" For every festive drink, have a glass of water. Your head (and your waistline) will thank you the next morning! π₯β‘οΈπ§
π 5. The "Next Meal" Rule One big meal doesnβt ruin your progressβthe "I've already blown it" mindset does. If you have a big feast, enjoy it guilt-free! Just make sure your very next meal is back on track.
Remember: Itβs what you do between New Year and Christmas that counts most, not just what you do between Christmas and New Year! π
