2026 we've got you !!

What a fantastic end to 2025 we had at HQ .. I've never seen the gyms more vibrant . There was zero evidence of the " foot being lifted off the gas " .. love that.
Private members in training all over Christmas too.

There is a wonderful culture in HQ that training / fitness / exercise is a wonderful opportunity/ gift .. it's not punishment.

We have clients from 10 to over 80 !! I love that.

The coaches are all busy within their own niche helping absolute beginners, those who've returned after a break away from fitness and also the seasoned trainers who want to push on further.

We do things differently at HQ ✅

Both the Limavady and Coleraine gyms are PRIVATE training environments. Our clients just prefer it that way and so do we , the coaches. No crowds . No waiting for machines or benches . No egos ....

Our focus is SUPPORTING our clients journey and getting them whatever RESULTS they're seeking .. it's not running down other coaches or gyms ( why has this become such a thing in our industry 😞😞 ) , it's not allowing cliques to form either .

We're fully booked in many cases because this approach WORKS ! We don't need half the town on our books .. quality over quantity does us nicely thank you very much.

So here's where things stand and how YOU can get involved ....

✅ PRIVATE MEMBERSHIP

I have just TWO memberships available in the Limavady gym and the Coleraine gym is currently FULL . This is for 7 days a week access to do your own training 😄

✅ CLASSES

I take a Sunday morning Bootcamp in the Coleraine gym every other week at 8.30 am .. open to all , members non members. On next Sunday 🤙

On opposing Sunday mornings Noel runs a fantastic Circuits class in the Limavady gym , again at 8.30 am . Again , open to all ,, just £10 pay as you go ! That's back in 2 weeks time ( it was on this morning 🌞)

I run a small group PT in the Limavady gym every Tuesday and Thursday at 7.15pm .. strength training , male and females of all levels ,,, remains fully booked , message for waiting list.

BAR & CATERING UPDATE:-

It's summer time here at Bushfoot Golf Club and the sun is shining. Please see our Bar & Restaurant opening hours for the next 3 months. The restaurant is open everyday for the Easter Holidays from the 17-27th April

We are 10 🎉🎉

To everyone who's been through our doors ,, thank you 🙏

We've made some amazing friends and witnessed some serious life-changing transformations 💪

I'm absolutely delighted to say that many of the clients who came to train with me day one are still there today. Loyalty is a rare commodity so I'm very, very grateful to each and every one.

I started back then on my own . Now there's a team of super passionate coaches alongside me to help you with your journey .

I was reminded today ...

When you lose everything you have two options ...

Stay down , feel sorry for yourself and blame all around you .

Or come out fighting.

10 years ago I chose the second. HQ 1 Limavady has come a long way as you see. HQ 2 obviously unexpectedly evolved too but this place has been a constant through a lot of tough times that have been forced on us.

Maybe that's why it's special ❤️

Some very special are still right there with us too ,, our gratitude for that immense.

A huge week of training in HQ coming up next week 💪💪

Cathy and I have had a little mini break and with the rest of the coaches we're pumped for a full throttle run into Christmas.

We've clients and private members working hard on WEIGHTLOSS, STRENGTH and FITNESS in both gyms, Limavady and Coleraine .

Cathy and myself remain fully booked in both and there is some limited availability in Limavady with Gail Donnell Coaching or Noel N.M.G - Fitness . In the Coleraine gym message Neil Anderson Wbff pro for your slots.
