**Positive mindset drama workshop**

This Monday we are delighted to have Hannah & Martina from Ever Unique Productions down to the workshop to share their story & take us through an exclusive Positive mindset workshop!! 🧠

Over the past couple of weeks the men at the hub have been sharing their ideas on what we would like to discuss. We have shared many of our own personal journeys that led to us joining the Men's hub & having Hannah come down will be another fantastic opportunity as we continue to grow!

We welcome everyone from all backgrounds & encourage you to come down and give it a try! Please share with any friends & family as we offer a safe & comfortable environment to open up! We also offer taxi services from Ballymoney & Portrush! 🚖

Mixing up our Monday meetings!

To start off the summer project we had the pleasure of learning some self defence techniques from Terry! 🤼

Over the summer we plan to hold different activities, as well have having different guest speakers down to talk to men! This is a fantastic opportunity we have been given and we invite anyone interested to come down and give it a go! 😁

The hoodies have arrived!! 🥳🥳🥳

Our men have been patiently waiting for these to arrive and couldn't wait to get them on to show the world 😂

To think how far our group of men have come since we started up last year, it personally makes me proud to be apart of! 👏👏

We grow every week & the door is always opened to anyone else who would be interested in coming down! We only ask to give it a go and see what you think! 😊

We meet every monday night 7:00-8:30pm at unit 10 loughanhill estate in Coleraine for anyone out there interested!

Last night we decided to leave the hub and get out and enjoy the sunset in Portrush! 🌄

Getting outside is great to help clear the head and makes it even better with good company! 😁

Judging by some of the photos taken there could be a Men's hub boyband started up! 🕺😂

Our first event of the year! 🌸✅

Planting these cherry blossom tree's was something we discussed at our group meetings and were able to plant 9 in Christie park, Coleraine.

These tree's were to give back to the community and make this popular walking path some beauty!

We look forward to seeing these tree's grow overtime 😁

We at the Men's hub would like to invite the local community down to Christie park this Sunday to join us in planting 9 Cherry blossom tree's! 🌸

This is open to everyone! Particularly anyone who would like to help get involved with the hub or the Zachary Geddis Break the Silence Trust 😊

So come down and grab a shovel and get involved! 😁

We are pleased to announce that we are now capable to provide a taxi service to any new members wishing to join our little hub! 🥳

We know it can be hard to get motivated to leave the house to attend the meetings and difficulties with public transport and make that even more daunting.😔

So we are here to help! 😁 Starting from monday we will offer taxi's to do collection and drop off from Ballymoney & Portrush! 👍

The idea of the hub is to help men to realise their potential and help to give back to your communities.

So if you feel you would guidance on seeking help, want to learn about your mental health and how to talk to others about it, or want to help men in your community and show them that it's okay to open up then join us every Monday evening from 19:00 to 20:30 for a coffee/tea! ☕

It's 90 minutes out of your week that could make a difference to your life or someone else's, why not give it a try 🤷‍♂️
