A straight back hand doesn’t just come from the arm- it’s powered from the ground up.
Swipe to see the difference- picture 2 shows how a straight back hand should look.
1. Ankle and hip rotation- Generating power.
2. Full extension & punch rotation- Maximum reach
3. Shoulder protecting the chin.
4. Lead hand protecting the chin on the other side.
