BB PT is a effective & efficient Personal training service located in the heart of the forest of dean. It's main training facility is based at Rockets Health & Fitness club; although if another environment is requested such as outdoor training or sport based training then I am able to fulfil this request. Im a fully qualified Personal Trainer with a level 2 gym instructor qualification, a level 3

personal training qualification, a level 3 extended diploma in sports coaching; and finally a degree in sport and exercise sciences. So I am more than able to facilitate clients goals and give them accountable knowledge to aid them in their pursuit of health and fitness. My service is non money orientated, offering possibly the cheapest but most quality personal training sessions around. The service does not stop after the allotted time like average personal training services, Our service aim is to achieve long lasting results and not just a quick fix!
