So after last night's EGM, we are happy to announce we will now have a committee to run Coldstream Junior Football club.
We have been overwhelmed by the response in the last week .
We even made it on to radio borders. The response on social media was incredible. We made this the talk of the town !!!
We sent out a message that it was simple no help, no club, and the community has pulled together.
This is just the start. This is only one small step in the right direction, but now we have things in place to move forward. we now probably have the largest committee the Juniors have ever had .
We would like to thank the remaining committee members from 2023 for their hard work in the last week. Keeping everything together, we need to thank Drew Kelly from the SBJFA for his help and guidance. Everyone for sharing our cry for help and a big thank you to our new committee members for coming forward and saving our Club .
It's been a crazy month, but we are now looking forward to getting training started again and then having our first committee meeting date to be announced and organising the year ahead.

Great night. Well done to all the children.
Again good luck to Phil and family on their new adventure!

What a fantastic evening celebrating our juniors of this season! There have been special awards for each team and it was lovely to all come together as teams and families.

We also said a huge thanks and farewell to coach Phil Johnson, who has been with Coldstream Football Club and Coldstream Juniors for around 13 years. Phil has been a tireless committee member and most notably a fantastic secretary for us. Phil started up our girls team which has now grown to be a three-tier section with very competitive teams. We wish Phil and his family all the best on their new adventure in Abu Dhabi. They will be sorely missed.

If I don’t get some help then the club will fold.
The club will fund pvg and coaching courses if willing to help.”

This morning a mix of our under 10s and 12s played against Dalkeith. Good game played in good spirits.

Our U12 girls and Boroughmuir Thistle Lavenders played out a thrilling end-to-end game at Home Park this morning, with lots of fabulous attacking play on show. Well done to both teams 👏🏻💙
