✨ What are Sweaty Mama classes? ✨
Sweaty Mama is a space for mums who want to move their bodies, connect with others, and feel a little more like themselves again — with their baby right there beside them.
Whether it’s your first baby or your third, you’re welcome here.
There’s no need to “get fit first” or have it all figured out before you arrive. These classes are built around real life — interrupted feeds, tired mornings, toddlers in tow, and everything in between.
We move in a way that works with motherhood, not against it.
Babies are part of it too — watching, interacting, sometimes snoozing, sometimes making their presence very known. And what’s lovely is that over time, something really natural happens…
They grow up side by side.
Mums start recognising familiar faces.
Conversations flow a little easier each week.
And a quiet sense of community forms without anyone forcing it.
I often hear from mums on their second, third (or more) baby saying something really simple — that this time around, they’re choosing differently. Not just looking for baby-specific activities, but for spaces that support both them and their baby. And where they can see how much their little one gets out of being around others too.
And I think that’s really what these classes become — in different seasons of motherhood, in different ways.
