Congratulations to one of our newest instructors Libby on your launch night! Here is what Libby had to say!

My Decades Reloaded launch class was everything I could have hoped for and more. Having just over 50 people in the room was incredible, but what made the night truly special was the love and support I felt from everyone.

The energy was absolutely unreal from start to finish! Everyone stuck with me, gave it their all, and created such an amazing atmosphere. Seeing so many people having fun, dancing, and embracing the class made me feel so proud.

I couldn’t have asked for a better launch, and I’m so grateful to everyone who came along and made it such a memorable experience. 🧡

This is what creating a safe space looks like.

We are creating spaces where she can move from the shy little girl too scared to speak, to the little star at the front of the room, showing off her moves, shining brightly and lifting everyone around her. 🧡

This is how we build a better relationship with physical activity for generations to come.

Safe, supportive spaces where girls and women can move, socialise, connect, and enjoy the music they love.

No in person rehearsals together, only on zoom. No years of friendship. No carefully planned performance.

Just two instructors, one playlist, a room full of energy and the freedom to be completely themselves.🧡

Within seconds they were matching each other's energy, feeding off the music, laughing, air-guitaring and creating a moment that looked like they'd been friends for years.
