Dragon Wing Chun Kung Fu Colchester Traditional Chinese Martial Art as learnt by Bruce Lee himself Based on using your opponents energy and body mechanics, originally derived from Shaolin Kung Fu.

Learn how to evade, overcome and overwhelm larger and stronger attackers using this Traditional Chinese fighting style. Classes will be approx 1 hour and £8 for the class per person
