A top junior class tonight, back to basics with ogoshi, but with an emphasis on quality uchikomi and nagekomi, then just a recap on kesa gatame and kata gatame. Finishing off with some brilliant newaza and randori.
Well done to Thomas and Logan for Judokas of the night.

Chris J's 2 of 2, also working on the quality of our uchikomi and nagekomi, it was certainly a cracking workout, finishing with some great newaza and lots of rounds of randori.

A great turn out for our first night back after the summer, juniors started with some lovely uchikomi of osotogari to get ourselves back into the swing of things and everyone did brilliantly, we then finished off with some great newaza.
Well done to Reece and Frank for Judokas of the night.

A great senior session taken by Chris J tonight, also working on some solids sets of uchikomi and nagekomi, followed by some newaza and some decent randori. Great work everyone.
