Colchester Climbing Club Colchester Climbing Club, North East Essex based club for all those interested climbing. Fancy getting involved?

We are a friendly club of mixed ages and abilities, and welcome new members. We meet every Monday and Thursday to climb at our local wall which is located in the sports centre at the University of Essex. From spring to autumn, we run monthly climbing trips to crags up and down the country as well as some in foreign parts, and then over the winter months we organize walking trips. On top of all thi

s, members regularly visit other nearby climbing walls and also like to get together for social events throughout the year. Then please visit the club website www.colchesterclimbingclub.org.uk for more details. Our Participation Statement:

"Colchester Climbing Club recognises that climbing, hill walking and mountaineering are activities with a danger of personal injury or death. Participants in these activities should be aware of and accept these risks and be responsible for their own actions and involvement."
