Good luck this weekend to our very own Bradley Mann competing in the Harwich Triathlon, hopefully he stays injury free and we see him back playing asap. Go well Bradders 💪🦁🏏

🏊‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♂️ Triathlon Weekend Once Again! 🏃‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏊‍♂️

This weekend sees three of our lads taking on exciting challenges in the world of triathlon.

Bradley Mann will be competing in the Harwich Olympic Triathlon, taking on the full Olympic-distance event consisting of a 1.5km swim, 40km bike ride and 10km run.

Tony Dale will also be at Harwich, competing in the Relay Triathlon, playing his part as part of a relay team in what promises to be a fantastic day of racing.

Meanwhile, Martin Spencer will be proudly representing Team GB in his age group at the European Championships in Tarragona, competing against some of the best age-group athletes from across Europe.

A huge good luck to all three. We hope all the hard work and training pays off and that you enjoy every minute of the experience.
